The All By Myself Therapy System

For many adults, a trip to the gym for a sweat-inducing workout may not top the list of fun things to do. For kids, playgrounds and gyms are places for fun and exploration. Brightly colored monkey bars and rock-climbing walls can become a trip to the jungle or a mountain climbing expedition in a child's eyes. Most experts agree that physical play is critical to a child's well-being and development.

For a child with disabilities, physical play and exercise is even more important to their health and psychological development. Kids with motor delays, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury or other physical disabilities need extra help to gain critical skills such as balance, coordination and other independent movement.

The All By Myself Therapy System offered by Rehabmart  is an interlocking therapy system that was specially designed with input from physical therapists and caregivers to help children with motor disabilities reach their goal of independent movement. With the help of a pediatric therapist, children using the All by Myself system can increase trunk and extremity strength, improve balance and build coordination and weight bearing skills. With regular use of the All By Myself system, children can meet their developmental milestones as they work toward independent walking and other movement patterns they were unable to achieve before.
