The Tone and Firm Weight Kits are intended to be used in various weight training exercises in the place of dumbbells. Kits contain two soft, ergonomically designed weighted balls with easy-to-grip handles that can be employed to improve muscle tone and strength, and to burn calories. Weighted using natural sand and iron, these weights come in three different resistance levels; 2 pound, 4 pound and 6 pound. Each case contains four pairs of the Tone and Firm Weight Kits.

  




The Define and Develop Cuff Weights can be worn on the the ankles or wrists for a defined workout, or while going about your daily business and activities. They can help burn calories and add resistance and strength training while you wear them around the house, at work, while shopping, or at the gym. The thumb loop helps keep the cuff weights in place on the wrist, and can be folded down and locked in place when they are worn on the ankles. Three different resistance levels are available; 2 pound, 5 pound and 10 pound, with the 2 and 5 pound weights coming in cases of 4 pairs, and the 10 pound weights coming in cases of 3 pairs.

  

The Stretch and Flex Resistance Band is a simple to use 6 foot flexible strap that helps the user to perform deep and effective stretches. Featuring 'comfort pockets' along the length of the strap, this device is perfect to use as a warmup before getting into other heavier exercise, or use it after exercise to help keep circulation moving. Using this band just three times a week can help to relieve tension and stress, enhancing mood and overall performance as well as range of motion, circulation and muscle flexibility. The Pivotal 5 Stability Balls are burst-resistant, weighted exercise balls used to improve flexibility, balance and strength. Often utilized for yoga, Pilates and weight training, these comfortable, stationary and supportive balls can be used to exercise and stretch the entire body. They help to engage often unused stabilizer muscles in the body, while their own weighted filler keeps them stable and stops them from rolling, offering a safer workout. Available in three different sizes for varying user heights and weights, these balls are latex-free and 6P pthalate-free and come in cases of three.
