Treatment tables aren't just for locker rooms anymore. They can be used in physical therapy clinics, exam rooms, and school or business nurses' offices to provide a comfortable, stable place for a patient to sit or lie down on while undergoing treatment. Here are four examples that can be used in a variety of settings.

The Clinton ETA Special Procedure Table has two adjustable back rests and a twenty-two inch wide locking pull out shelf. The table is available in widths up to thirty inches and can support up to 350 pounds. Its base has two cabinets and laminate and steel European-style drawers. Steel angles reinforce all the stress points for durability, and all surfaces are chip and mar-resistant with PVC edge trim. The stain-resistant vinyl upholstery comes in a choice of sixteen colors.

Perhaps you've seen classic movies where the old-fashioned barber shops have signs that say "two chairs, no waiting"?  The Clinton ETA Three Station Taping, Treatment Table Combo goes one better with its seating capacity for three.  Its durably finished oak plywood base comes in seven different colors, including natural, and supports generous two-inch thick padded tops in your choice of nine colors. The table may be used for taping up to three athletes at a time, or for treating one person when used flat. Each of the three open storage sections has two adjustable shelves, and the enclosed cabinet has two doors and one adjustable shelf.

Accessories and add-ons for the Clinton tables include twelve-count cases of exam table paper, armboards, and noseholes as well as additional shelves and drawers.

Thanks to a removable center pad, the Hausmann Crank Hydraulic Taping and Treatment Table can support either two people for taping purposes or one person for treatment. The table supports up to 500 pounds and has a width of 36 inches. Hydraulic cylinders are built into the black powder-coated steel legs and with a few turns of a hand crank can be adjusted from thirty to forty inches. The storage cabinet has two full extension pull-outs and two laminated drawers. It's finished with a natural oak laminate and the upholstery comes in a choice of nine colors.

Also from Hausmann is the Hausmann ProTeam Split Leg Table. Each of the padded leg rests can be adjusted up to a forty-five degree angle with their spring loaded locking levers, allowing for functionality and versatile use. The base comes in a choice of three laminates and has concealed storage for training and treatment supplies.  Two-inch thick high density foam on the tops provides comfort and aesthetic appeal with its choice of nine upholstery colors. An optional gas spring for the back rest is also available. The ProTeam table may also be personalized with the inclusion of a pro or college team logo embossed or debossed in up to five colors on the back rest.

No matter the setting, Rehabmart offers tables that will provide a firm, comfortable place to sit during taping or other treatments, and will also help to show some team spirit as well.
