Get the Weight off the Floor:

Weight Racks and Storage Units

Do you have any extra weight lying around?

If you have a home gym area, or if you are a physical therapist or occupational therapist and find yourself tired of all the clutter lying around on the floor or draped over the backs of chairs, then you may be interested in becoming organized, neat, and looking professional.

Rehabmart has some weight racks and storage products that might be very helpful in achieving these goals

How many times have you tripped over a dumbbell or had to pick up exercise bands off the floor?  It doesn't look professional and could cause an accident.  It gets irritating when you need a certain dumbbell or weight plate, or maybe you are searching for a particular strength exercise band or cuff weight, and you can never seem to find it.

Search no more, help is on the way.

For those of you who have scattered hex dumbbells lying around on the floor just waiting to stub a toe, you may want to look at the Body Solid 2-Tier Vertical Dumbbell Rack.  This uniquely designed Two-Tier Vertical Dumbbell Rack can hold up to 6 pairs of 35 pound hex dumbbells.

This inverted V rack has off-set levels which allow quick and unrestricted access to the dumbbells.  It is made of heavy-gauge steel construction that offers maximum durability and better performance in less space, and can be placed either against the wall or stood in the center of the room.

If you need storage for more than just dumbbells, the Clinton Double Weight Rack is a rack storage system that can hold different types of weights and therapy tools and can offer immediate visual feedback on your therapy with a full length glass mirror which has polished edges and ANSI safety backing.

This rack also has a cuff weight sliding hook system which makes lateral positioning fast and easy, plus two rods that hold up to six rolls of exercise bands, and strong polycarbonate dumbbell rods that are angled for added stability.

This weight storage rack can hold up to 32 cuff weights, 22 dumbbells and 6 rolls of exercise bands.  It has a solid surface that has no pegboards that can chip and an easy-to-clean all laminate construction.

A different type of weight rack storage is the Clinton All-In-One Weight Wagon, and it is all about convenience. This mobile wagon has four inch swivel casters and all four sides have easy access storage with a full shelf on top.

This weight wagon can accommodate cuff weights, dumbbells, disc weights, weight bars, 4 rolls of exercise bands and/or tubing and other items you choose to use.

The Hausmann TheraStand Storage and Equipment Module has just about everything you need but were afraid to ask for.  This is a corner unit which has bi- fold storage doors with a lock, one fixed corner shelf, and two adjustable corner shelves.
This L-shaped cabinet also includes a framed almond-coated pegboard on the right side of the cabinet with 11 pegboard safety hooks and 20 dumbbell hooks on the left side of the cabinet to store 20 dumbbells.

There is also an upgraded version with weights and dumbbell accessories that come with one set of 16 Hugger® Weights, two sets of 10 dumbbells of varying weights, and one set of 3 weight bars which store on the shelf inside the cabinet.

You can also purchase another upgrade that includes wall folding 7-foot long parallel bars, duplex pulleys with chest height pulleys and floor level handles and also an overhead pulley with two handles.

So don't 'weight' around to organize your area, and help keep accidents at bay with a weight storage unit.  Find what you want when you want it and keep your room or office looking clean and professional.
