The RCA Symphonix Personal Listening System provides lightweight, discreet hearing enhancement in a 1/4-inch thick behind-the-ear package with a 30 decibel input gain. The included tubes make adapting it for use in either the right or left ear a breeze and it comes with medium and large domes for a near-custom fit.
