The air-inflated bellows between the two cushions of the Pronex® provides up to twenty pounds of continuously adjustable traction which supports the natural cervical curve as the bellows expand, lifting the head upward. Lateral neck flexion of 15 degrees to 25 degrees can be achieved by employing chin tuck protocols.
