"Every one served.  Everyone satisfied."

This is the philosophy of Champion Manufacturing, Inc., the creator of the Champion 54 Series Treatment Recliner/Transporter and the 85 Series Treatment Recliner/Transporter. The company's philosophy began with their first customer who said he wanted a chair that was comfortable enough for a patient to be able to enjoy a good night's sleep while also allowing maneuverability and ease-of-use for the caregiver.  The customer also wanted a sturdy, long-lasting chair that would also look stylish and inviting, being complementary to virtually any décor.

From this beginning came many fine, well-crafted medical seating products, including the Champion 54 and 85 Series recliners, two of the most patient comfortable, caregiver friendly, and cost efficient chairs which are offered by Rehabmart.

The Champion 54 Series treatment recliners are used for patient treatment in the patient's room, or for comfortable patient transfer to other in-house therapy procedures such as for oncology, infusion therapy, dialysis, pre/post-surgery, or other treatment needs. Used in many clinics and acute settings throughout the United States, the Champion 54 Series Treatment Recliner/Transporter is the perfect choice for both patients and medical technicians.

Start with the powder-coated all-steel framing system that endures the most demanding use 365 days a year, then add a wall-hugging mechanism that saves valuable floor space while allowing for nearly infinite reclining positions for patient comfort, and you can see why the 54 Series Recliner is made to be the best choice for both patients and medical staff to use with comfort and ease.

Patient comfort.  Efficient therapy.

These cozy treatment chairs come with many patient/staff-friendly standard features such as removable seats for easy cleaning and thorough infection control, one fold-down side table, a retractable foot tray which helps support children's and shorter patient's feet from dangling while sitting or during transport, and a steering caster and push handle for a more controlled transport.  Available with 5 inch thermoplastic casters, premium casters can be ordered as a special option for an easier rolling transport over different types of carpets and flooring.

Other options which can be added for comfort and therapy to the 54 Series recliners are Breakaway Arms, which easily lift off to allow a safer transference of the patient from a wheelchair or bed.  A Heat unit which offers three warmth levels for the patient's comfort and is controlled by a tabletop switch that is easily accessible by both patients and caregivers.  With heat presets of 95degrees, 100 degrees, or 105 degrees, it will offer the patient warm comfort without overheating and comes with an auto-shutoff for safety and cost control. An added option to the Heat unit is a therapeutic Heat & Massage combination.  Another option is having the recliner be able to get into the Trendelenburg position, allowing caregivers to smoothly and quickly position a distressed patient into a flat-body, 12-degree head-below-feet position.  Because the recliners are weight balanced over the center of the chairs for stability, patients are secure while in the Trendelenburg position.

The 85 Series Treatment Recliner/Transporter offers all of the standard features of the Champion 54 Series Treatment Recliner/Transporter along with adding the convenience of swing-away arms, allowing for easy cleaning and infection control, versatility, efficient maintenance, and ease of patient transfer.

These treatment recliners will provide any clinic, treatment center, hospital, nursing home, or medical facility a "workhorse" piece of medical furniture, being able to take the most demanding patient use, including around-the-clock or nocturnal therapies, all the while sporting the appearance and clean look of a high-end piece of furniture, fitting into the décor of the most lavish spa or clinic.

Every one served.  Everyone satisfied.
