Spring has sprung and it is time to get the kids away from the computers, televisions, and X-Boxes and get them outside to play in the fresh air and sun. 

Many of us have fond childhood memories of going to neighborhood playgrounds or school grounds to swing high into the air, pretending to be a bird in flight or a jet pilot soaring into the clouds.  We would jump from the highest arc of the swing, float for a few seconds until we crashed onto the ground, picked ourselves up and ran over to the monkey bars or played fort, pretending we were at the Alamo or saving a beautiful princess.
